FastCat VM v1
After much adue about a lot of things, nice twist right? We have finally launched our latest software package for the Joomla! community! It's called FastCat VM, and it does something amazing!!
If you have ever used the component virtuemart for your Joomla! install then you know how much of a pain it is to have to load 50 to 100 products into a store manually. Well we know the pain, having to reload every page one by one and it takes forever. Not to mention the bandwidth on a brand new site it uses. What a waste!
So knowing this problem Microtronix has come up with a solution. Since it seems that Joomla! and VM are a long way away from coming up with AJAX in their systems, we did 'em one better! We have created a windows application to add products on the fly to a VirtueMart installation! No more loading web pages and using bandwidth. This little gem communicates directly with your MySQL server DB and adds everything this way.
What a great way to add products and categories to VirtueMart quickly, efficiently and with great ease!
